Each product is made to order specifically for you through our production partners. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

- Clear photos of the item and issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
